Kiran is a left-wing socialist, local Cllr on Crawly Borough Council, activist and a member of the Labour Party. Outside politics she is a Digital Media graduate.
Kiran joined the Labour party in April 2017 after the announcement of the snap general election and has been a active member ever since and is working hard to return Labour values and socialism to Britain.
Politics is a life that we choose because we want to make a difference in someone's life and the community and area that we fight to represent. Making a difference and change life for the better for so many of our residents, that is why I finally decided to join Labour in 2017, the day that Theresa May announced the snap general election in April 2017.
This the Britain that I believe in and the Britain that I fight for every single day, on the doorstep, at events campaigning and online.
I was elected the B.A.M.E officer for Crawley CLP after only a few months of service within the party, and this is a great honour for me to have the trust of my fellow comrades to be elected on the EC of our CLP.
